Some clients call us only when they have problems. Other clients call us only when they have serious problems. Many of our best clients, though, never have to call us. Why? Because, much like with a car, if you perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule you can avoid problems before they develop. We can get you on a routine of regular system updates, anti-virus updates, and other methods that will keep your computer in top shape. If you would prefer to have us handle all updates for you, we are happy to make a schedule of regular visits. Talk to us about a plan that best suits your needs.

And don't worry: even if you never apply a system update and only call us when you are in a panic - we will be there for you. Be it hardware failure or software problems, we will get you back up and running as soon as possible.
